I love what we are together, love what we’ve become. I see how much we’ve matured and it inspires me to improve every day. Thank you for showing me that not everything will always have a happy ending, but that no matter what happens, you will always be with me.

I love the way you treat me, always so caring and affectionate, it makes me feel unique even in the midst of a million people. In your eyes I found complicity and in your smile I find reasons to smile. I remember when we started dating and all the way we’ve come to this day, and I want to go further and further with you.

There are days when I need more attention, I want a lap, I want shelter. And you, even at the height of fatigue, often exhausted from sleep, set aside time for me and it’s these little details that make me fall in love more and more every day.

One of these days I stopped to think what my life would be like if you weren’t in it, I confess those were the worst minutes. It was like a piece of me was missing. Vibrates with my achievements, wipes my tears. Pisses me off. Brings me peace. In your arms I found my safe haven and that’s where I always want to be.

Not even in my best idealizations did I imagine a relationship like we have. Of course, there is no perfect relationship, but even if things go wrong from time to time, it’s perfect for me. You were arriving slowly, without haste, consuming all the space that was empty in my heart.

With you I learned that love is partnership, understanding, division. Love is fun, fight, forgiveness.
