Does anything go wrong in your life? Accept mistakes and say a prayer

You know when you feel like nothing goes right in life? That there’s something wrong getting in the way of your happiness, prosperity or dream achievements?

Do you know when you believe that opportunities knock on your door and the moment you open it, there is nothing or no one bringing news?

Do you know when, no matter how hard you try to walk or start a new stage in life, everything goes wrong and you give up? That is, your life is still, without grace or news. Whose fault is it? Totally yours.

So it is. You and many people out there are reaping the rewards of what you said, did or thought. One plants and reaps. Positive begets positive. Negative begets negative and attracts even more negative. That’s what usually happens when something in your life isn’t right or nothing happens. To make matters worse, there is no logical explanation.

There is only one solution for these cases: get out of this doldrums, change this vibration in our lives. And how to change if we don’t know what we did or thought or said? We don’t know the cause. We just suffer from the effects.

If you really want to change this negative vibration that hinders your life, I advise five urgent attitudes:

– Ask the Creator for help;

– Assume responsibilities;

– Asking forgiveness for what you did (even not knowing what you did);

– Correct the error;

– Hit the step.

All these steps and what Hoponopono proposes. Correcting the mistakes – or if you prefer, getting the step right – is the literal translation of Hoponopono, an ancient Hawaiian healing technique that proposes to change negative patterns, working the processes of forgiveness, repentance and transmutation in ourselves.

Whatever the problem, at Hoponopono we have and are 100% responsible for everything and everyone. However, when we ask the universe for forgiveness, we are freeing ourselves from the problem and freeing others.

According to Dr. Len, promoter of the technique, in Hoponopono you take complete responsibility for your life. Everything you look at, hear, taste or touch is your responsibility, simply because it is in your life. This means that terrorist activity, the president, the economy or anything you experience and don’t like is there for you to heal.

All these do not really exist, except as projections coming out of you. The problem isn’t “them,” it’s you. And to change it, you have to change its essence.

I know it may seem difficult to understand, let alone to accept and experience. Placing the blame on someone else is much easier. The Hoponopono base means loving yourself. If you want to improve your life, you must heal it. If you want to heal someone, even a mentally ill criminal, you do it by healing yourself.

Is your desire to change the energy of an environment? Assume 100% responsibility. Want to change your personal or professional life? Take 100% responsibility, apply Hoponopono, ask for forgiveness and set yourself free.

Is your goal to change the pattern of a loser, a failed, loveless, financially troubled person? Take 100% responsibility, apply Hoponopono, ask for forgiveness and set yourself free.

So easy? Not even a little. You are not going to radically change your life or make the energy of the environment completely healthy. But you will notice that big changes will take place in your life as you begin to heal. For this, it is necessary to constantly perform Hoponopono prayers and mentalizations.

And what would these statements be? There are many. When I started to apply Hoponopono in my life, I opted for the simplest ones. Check out some below!

“Deity, cleanse in me what is contributing to this problem.”

“I love you my memories! I’m grateful for the opportunity that sets you and me free!”

“Divinity, cleanse what is in me that could be the cause of any conflict or problem on the way to work”

“Divine Creator, forgive me for that which is in me and which is creating this undesirable situation”

To strengthen the process, Hoponopono proposes that, at the end of each affirmation, we must pronounce four powerful sentences: “I’m sorry. Forgive me. I love you. I’m grateful.”

There are four mantras. When you say “I’m sorry”, you are taking 100% responsibility and showing a desire to change. When you ask for “Sorry”, the cleaning starts. “Te Amo” is the affirmation that you put positive energy into the process. “I am grateful” ends the ritual and is gratitude for the power to change the situation.

Mentalize these four sentences. Repeat them constantly, in any situation.

I end this article with the most complete and powerful Hawaiian Healing Prayer:

“Divine Creator, father, mother, son in one…

If I, my family, my relatives and ancestors have offended you, your family, relatives and ancestors in thoughts, words, deeds and actions from the beginning of our creation to the present, we ask your forgiveness…

Let it cleanse, purify, release, cut all memories, blocks, negative energies and vibrations and transmute these unwanted energies into pure light…

I’m sorry. Forgive me. I love you. I’m grateful.
