You must have had the feeling that absolutely everything in your life is wrong and that you need to make a radical change. Some people quit, others end marriages, and many just freeze, not knowing where to start. The answer may lie within you: inner change.

Let’s reflect a little. If you want your life to change, do you know where this movement has to come from? From you. Because a lot of what being wrong has to do with your attitude, your reactions to events, and your mindset in the face of challenges. Of course, life sometimes puts us in situations where we have no choice (the death of a relative, for example), but what we do with them is what counts the most. And if you keep whining, feeling like a failure, then nothing is really going to go right, do you agree?

“We know that to improve something, we have to change, make a transformation in ourselves. But why is it so difficult?

Maybe not everyone really wants to change. Some prefer to continue sucking energy from others, trying to calm down, to have a shoulder to cry on. Let’s come and agree, make a change from the inside out it is difficult, requires attention, persistence, help from others and, above all, willpower. I believe that staying in the same situation is more comfortable than removing all the junk that exists in “your house”, doing a “general cleaning” in your most intimate. Yes it is hard! It’s accessible to everyone, but not everyone can get it and I’ll say it again, NOT EVERYONE WANTS IT.

Transformation is necessary for those who want to live well, have prosperity in all sectors, ease in everything that exists to resolve in their life.

When we make this transformation in ourselves, everything becomes light. Problems are no longer problems but solutions, the Universe conspires in our favor and everything starts to work out. Of course, we will have some stones in the way, but we will know how to take care of them disappearing.

I believe that people who don’t want to transform their lives are attached to what they were in the past, and many expect it to be part of the present again. But all that was will never be the same again. It is like a river: the waters that have passed through it will not pass through the same place again, it is always renewed.

This attachment to what was and the condition of “I am the victim” holds some people back and they don’t leave their place, not even with a long conversation.

Let’s stop being victims, take control of our lives, transform, improve, prosper, leave the past in its place, and enjoy the present, because the future, inevitably, will be what is in your present.

What you expect from people, ONLY YOU CAN GIVE YOURSELF. Roll up your sleeves and think: “Is this situation good for me, does it flow naturally, easily? If the answer is no, it’s time to transform yourself from the inside out.

As? Why, you have incredible intelligence and a thermometer that never fails: YOUR SOUL. Use sparingly, and if it’s too difficult to do this inner changewe have a number of specialists to help, such as psychologists, therapists, holistic treatments, psychiatrists (yes, maybe we need to).

There are no more plausible excuses for not changing, not getting what you want, not being prosperous. All this is within your reach. The only question that remains is: “DO YOU REALLY WANT TO IMPROVE OR ARE YOU AFRAID AND COMFORTABLE?

Come on, many trust your potential, but the essential thing is that you believe in yourself.”
