Step by step

  1. Mix the colorless gelatin with the cold water and stir well;
  2. Take the mixture in a water bath or microwave to melt;
  3. Beat the melted gelatin together with the milk in the blender;
  4. Add the cream, condensed milk, coconut milk and half of the grated coconut;
  5. Beat everything on high speed for 2 minutes;
  6. Put the rest of the grated coconut and mix well with a spoon;
  7. Finally, just add the mixture in a greased shape with coconut oil and take it to the freezer for 40 minutes or the fridge for 2 hours.
