Ingredients

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 6 eggs
  • Juice of a small lemon
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Step by step

  1. Mix 1 cup sugar, cinnamon and cloves in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil until golden.
  2. When the mixture is a caramel color, add the milk, lemon juice, the rest of the sugar and the beaten eggs.
  3. Let it reduce over low heat, stirring occasionally, until it reaches the ambrosia point.
  4. Place in the fridge for 3 hours and then serve. Decorate the candy with more cinnamon stick.
