Ingredients

  • 1 chard
  • vinegar to taste
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • 1/2 green pepper

  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • Black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 4 tablespoons of vinegar

Preparation mode

  1. Wash the chard leaves well and slice into thin strips;

Ingredients

  • 1 chard
  • 2 tablespoons of soy oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 4 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 240 ml of soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of alcohol vinegar

Preparation mode

  1. After cleaning the chard, cut the root and defoliate;
  2. Stack 3 chard leaves and roll them up, squeezing them tightly, like a swiss roll;
  3. Cut the excess leaves on both sides and place in a refractory, with the rolled part facing up;
  4. Do the same with the rest of the chard;
  5. In the skillet, place the soy oil and garlic and sauté until golden;
  6. Add half of the sesame oil and turn off the heat right away;
  7. Immediately pour this oil over the rolled chards;
  8. Return the skillet to the heat and pour the soy sauce, alcohol vinegar and the rest of the sesame oil into it;

Ingredients

  • 500 g of chopped chard
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon mustard
  • 100 ml of sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 200 g of chopped pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

Preparation mode

  1. In a bowl, place the chard and season with vinegar, salt and mustard, stirring everything very well with a spoon;
  2. Add the cream and mayonnaise and stir some more;
  3. Add the pineapple and stir again;
  4. Finally, add the sugar and mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated;
  5. Store in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 chard
  • 1 grated carrot

  • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt

Preparation mode
