1. Grape mousse with 3 ingredients

Mousse

  • 1 box of condensed milk
  • 1 box of sour cream
  • 1/2 grape juice powder

Preparation mode

  1. Remove the seeds from the grapes. After that, in a pan, add: water, juice, sugar and mix;
  2. Add the grapes and cook over medium heat, always stirring, until the syrup thickens;
  3. Turn off the heat and let the syrup cool;
  4. In a blender, mix condensed milk, cream, powdered juice and beat until smooth;

6. Grape mousse with snow whites

Ingredients

Mousse

  • 2 packets of unflavored gelatin powder in red color
  • 10 tablespoons of water
  • 500 ml of whole grape juice
  • 5 or 6 egg whites beaten with snow
  • 5 to 6 tablespoons of sugar
  • 200 ml of sour cream

Syrup

  • 400 ml of whole grape juice
  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar

Preparation mode

  1. In a bowl, add the gelatin powder, water and mix well. Wait 2 minutes for the gelatin to absorb the water;
  2. After that, microwave the gelatin for about 10 to 15 seconds to dissolve the gelatin. It cannot boil;
  3. Add the gelatin to the container with the grape juice, stir well and set aside;
  4. In a mixer, place the whites and beat until you reach the snow point;
  5. Add the sugar and beat again until dissolved. Then add the cream and beat again;
  6. Add the grape juice mixture to the egg whites and mix well;
  7. Transfer the mousse to an oiled silicone mold;
  8. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 4 hours;
  9. Unmold the mousse and set aside;
  10. For the syrup, in a pan, add the grape juice, cornstarch, sugar and bring to the boil, stirring until creamy;
  11. Wait for the syrup to cool, put it in the mousse and that’s it!

7. Grape mousse in the pot

Ingredients

Jam

  • 500 g of red grapes
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 packet of powdered grape juice

Mousse

  • 2 boxes of sour cream
  • 1 box of condensed milk
  • 1 packet of powdered grape juice

Preparation mode

  1. For the jam, remove the seeds from the grapes and place them in a pan. Then add the sugar, water and powdered juice;
  2. Mix well and heat until it reaches the consistency of jelly, about 20 to 25 minutes;
  3. Turn off the heat and let the jelly cool;
  4. For the mousse, in a food processor, add the cream, condensed milk and powdered juice. Beat well;
  5. Transfer the mousse to small bowls and pour the cold jam on top. It’s ready to serve!

8. Grape mousse with whole juice

Ingredients

Mousse

  • 350 ml of whole grape juice
  • 200 g of whey-free cream
  • 125 ml of condensed milk fit
  • 1/2 tablespoon hydrated unflavored gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons of water

Syrup

  • 250 ml of whole grape juice
  • 1 dessert spoon of corn starch

Preparation mode

  1. For the mousse, in the blender, place the grape juice, the cream, the condensed milk and the hydrated gelatin;
  2. Beat well, distribute in bowls and take it to the fridge for about 1 hour;
  3. For the syrup, mix the juice with cornstarch and stir well. Place over low heat and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Turn off and let cool;
  4. Pour the warm syrup over the firm mousse;
  5. Take it to the fridge again for 30 minutes and serve!
