6 delicious and nutritious juices you need to try

Everyone knows that natural juices are super healthy drink options. But few people really know the benefits they can offer to health. What’s more, not everyone has ideas on how to prepare really tasty juices to include in their daily menu.

With that in mind, below you can find important information about the consumption of natural juices, as well as delicious and nutritious recipes made with more than one fruit. It’s worth checking out and writing down all the tips!

Benefits of natural juices

Sabrina Lopes, nutritionist, points out that natural juices, in addition to contributing to the body’s hydration, are a source of fiber, vitamins and minerals. “Therefore, they help our intestines to function regularly and help regulate blood glucose and cholesterol levels, due to the presence of fiber”, she says.

Already the presence of vitamins and minerals, according to nutritionist Sabrina, makes the immune system work properly.

“In addition, it helps in the transport of oxygen, metabolism, cell growth and has antioxidant action (action to fight the so-called free radicals – which negatively affect the body, contributing to premature aging and the installation of degenerative diseases)”, he adds.

How to make juice more nutritious?

Drinking a natural juice from a single fruit is good. But betting on the combination with other fruits, and even with other ingredients, can make your juice even more nutritious and tasty.

According to Sabrina Lopes, making juices with fruit combinations brings numerous health benefits, because each fruit will be rich or a source of different vitamins and minerals. “Therefore, by associating two or more fruits, your juice will be even richer in vitamins and minerals”, she highlights.
