1. Get a facial massage
One of the beauty secrets of those who always have their face up to date is to resort to a facial massage that you can do yourself.
With gentle movements, you increase blood circulation, improving skin oxygenation and stimulating facial muscles. Take advantage of the bath time to do the massage.
2. Consume foods rich in collagen
Collagen is a substance naturally produced by our body that works like a glue holding cells and tissues together. From the age of 30, our collagen production decreases and we start to show signs of sagging.
To replace collagen, you can resort to cosmetic products, but it is also possible to reinforce its production through food.

3. Soak your face in ice water
