Here are five options for easy-to-make blends that you can drink at night, before going to bed, and get lots of benefits while you’re sleeping.
1. Oat and Cinnamon Water
By combining the nutritional properties of oatmeal with the benefits that come from cinnamon, the result is an antioxidant drink with great cleansing potential, ideal for eliminating toxins and stimulating liver functions. The ingredients improve the digestive process of fats, control high cholesterol levels and poor circulation.
How to make
- Add 2 tablespoons of oat flakes (20 g) to 1 cup of water (250 ml);
- Let it rest for two hours;
- Then mix in 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder (2 g);
- Drink it 20 to 30 minutes before going to bed for at least two weeks in a row.
2. Lemon peel tea

5. Chamomile tea

How to make
- Add 1 tablespoon of chamomile flowers (10 g) to 1 cup of water (250 ml) and boil over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Then cover and leave for 10 minutes;
- Drink it at bedtime for two weeks.
