4 homemade recipes to remove acne and moisturize your face

If you are one of those people who love to make a SPA at home with products you have in your kitchen, then you will love these four masks that are very easy to make.

The recipes were shared by youtubers Franciny Ehlke and Niina Secrets, who prepared the masks, applied them to the face and evaluated the results. Spoiler: they really liked all the recipes, but their favorite was the last one.

1. To control acidity and remove acne

If you suffer from very acidic skin and prone to pimples, this is the ideal mask to alleviate these problems. This little mixture has a gentle exfoliation effect, helping to remove impurities and dead cells.

The recipe just asks you to mix 3 tablespoons of oatmeal and 1 tablespoon of honey to make a paste. Then apply to forehead, chin, cheekbones and nose, which are the areas that most need exfoliation, always making circular movements.

Let the mask act for 20 minutes and remove with water. To make less mess, you can apply the product in the shower.

Exfoliating the skin too much can end up causing irritation and even increasing oil production in a rebound effect, so it is recommended to apply this mask once every 15 days.

2. Enlarged pores

If you are bothered by having dilated poles and your face is full of marks, take note of this mask tip. You will only need 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of boricada water, which you can find at the pharmacy.

Mix the ingredients until you get a gelatinous paste and apply all over your face, focusing on areas where you have larger pores. Let it act for 15 minutes and rinse. After application, you will feel a slight “pulling” sensation on your face.

3. Mask for normal skin

Normal skin also needs care to stay beautiful and healthy, especially in winter, when low temperatures, biting winds and hot baths impair natural hydration.

To give your skin a boost of hydration, you will need 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt and 1 tablespoon of oatmeal – but not for a snack! Just spread it on your face, wait 15 minutes and rinse with water.

4. Power Hydration by Dr. Ivo Pitanguy

The Doctor. Ivo Pitanguy, one of the most recognized plastic surgeons in the world, would have recommended this mask to journalist Glória Maria – and this would be the secret of the presenter’s youth and beauty.

We don’t know if Glória Maria’s beautiful appearance is really due to this mask, but, in the video, youtubers Franciny Ehlke and Niina Secrets reveal that this was their favorite recipe at the day SPA.

To make it at home, you will need 1 tablespoon of Hipoglós, 1 tablespoon of Bepantol, 10 drops of Aderogil (vitamin A and D) and 1 ampoule of vitamin E. Mix everything and apply on the face, especially on the under the eyes if you want to smooth out dark circles.

You can leave the mask on for 15 minutes or, if you prefer, you can even sleep with it – in this case, it’s good to use a more beaten bedding, as the mask is a little greasy.
