There is nothing worse than sleepless nights! The next day is always that ordeal: it’s as if a tractor had run over you and not even the coffee savior can solve your uncontrollable urge to look for a bed. And, no, you are not alone because, unfortunately, insomnia is a reality in the lives of millions of people…

According to the Instituto Brasileiro do Sono, between 30% and 50% of people must suffer from insomnia in their lifetime. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), 30.5% of Brazilians have some type of disorder.

To try to understand what goes through the minds of people who cannot sleep, we asked MdeMulher readers, through our Facebook page, to tell us what their main concerns and difficulties are during sleepless nights. Can you relate?
