1. Girl’s finger pepper jelly
Ingredients
- 4 chili peppers
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 apples
- 160 ml of water
Preparation mode
- Slice the chili peppers and remove the interior and seeds;
- Then chop the pepper into very small pieces;
- Put the chopped pepper in a pan and add the sugar, lemon juice and apple zest with a spoon;
- Take the pan to the fire and cook until it reaches the pearl point, where it starts to caramelize;
- Add the water and continue cooking, for about 10 minutes after boiling, stirring occasionally;
- When the jelly is more dense, at the point of syrup, turn off the fire;
- Let cool and store in a sterilized glass jar.
2. Jalapeño pepper jelly
Ingredients
- 1 jalapeño pepper
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 lemon juice
- 3 apples
- 160 ml of water
