1. Simple passion fruit jelly

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 2 cups passion fruit pulp
  • half lemon juice

Preparation mode

  1. In a pan, place the sugar and passion fruit pulp;
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
  3. Bring to a boil and stir occasionally;
  4. After 10 minutes, place some of the jam on a plate;
  5. Turn the plate over and see if the jam slowly descends. If that happens, you’re in the right spot;
  6. Turn off the heat and remove the excess foam with the help of a spoon;
  7. Place the hot jam in a sterilized glass;
  8. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice on top and cover;

2. Passion fruit jelly with the peel

Ingredients

  • 3 passion fruit with peel
  • 200 g of sugar

Preparation mode

  1. Remove the pulp from the passion fruit and set aside;
  2. Place the fruit peels in a pressure cooker and cook for about 20 minutes;
  3. Meanwhile, put the pulp in a pan and boil;
  4. Strain the pulp to remove the seeds and set aside;
  5. With the fruit peels already cooked and cold, remove the white part, place in a blender and blend with the strained pulp;
  6. Pour the mixture into a pan, add the sugar, bring to a boil and stir until the sugar melts;
  7. Place 1 tablespoon of the seeds in the jelly to decorate;

Ingredients

  • 3 passion fruit pulps
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 lemon

Preparation mode

  1. In a pan, place the passion fruit pulp, sugar, water and mix over medium heat, stirring occasionally;
  2. As soon as it starts to gain consistency, add the lemon juice;
  3. Remove the foam from the jelly with the help of a slotted spoon;
  4. When it is at the gel point, put it in a sterilized glass;
  5. Cover the pot and turn it upside down to create a vacuum;

4. Passion fruit jelly with corn starch

Ingredients

  • 2 passion fruit pulps
  • 1/2 cup of sugar

  • 80 ml of water

Preparation mode

  1. In a pan, add the passion fruit pulp, sugar and cornstarch dissolved in water;
  2. Stir over low heat until it thickens a little;
  3. Transfer to a bowl, let cool out of the fridge and enjoy!

5. Passion fruit jelly with vinegar

Ingredients

  • 800 g of passion fruit
  • 1.8 l of filtered water
  • 400 g of sugar
  • 100 ml apple cider vinegar

Preparation mode

  1. Cut the passion fruit in half, remove the pulp in a colander and set aside;
  2. Remove the film from inside the passion fruit, peel and keep only the white part of the fruit;
  3. Put them in a pressure cooker, cover with 1.5 l of water and cook under pressure for 15 minutes;
  4. Meanwhile, strain the pulp to release the rest of the juice and set aside;
  5. Take the seeds to the fire with 300 ml of water;
  6. Cook for about 5 minutes, turn off the heat, strain the seeds again and set aside;
  7. Place the white parts of the cooked fruit in the blender;
  8. Add 1 to 2 ladles of the cooking water and beat;
  9. In a pan, place the blender mixture, the pulp, the strained seeds, the sugar and the apple cider vinegar;
  10. Mix and cook over low heat;
  11. After 30 minutes, turn off the heat and add 2 tablespoons of the washed seeds;
  12. Mix again and store in a sterilized container.

6. Passion Fruit Jelly with Tang

Ingredients

  • 300 ml passion fruit pulp
  • 150 g of crystal sugar
  • 1 pack of Tang passion fruit juice
  • 100 ml of water

Preparation mode

  1. In a pan, place the passion fruit pulp, sugar and cook until boiling;
  2. When it boils, remove the foam;
  3. Add the Tang juice pack and stir until it starts to bubble;
  4. Add the water, cook another 15 minutes and turn off the heat;
  5. Transfer the hot jam to a sterilized glass jar and it’s ready.

7. Passion fruit jelly with mango

Ingredients

  • 2 passion fruit
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 lemon

Preparation mode

  1. Remove the passion fruit pulp and set aside;
  2. Cook the peel in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes;
  3. Remove the white part of the shells;
  4. In a pan, place the mango, passion fruit pulp, the white part of the fruit, sugar, water and lemon;
  5. Mix well and put the pan on low heat;
  6. Remove the foam and when it reduces a little, add a little water;
  7. Continue stirring and squeezing the fruit;
  8. When it thickens, it’s ready. Transfer to sterilized jars and enjoy.

8. Passion fruit jelly with banana

Ingredients

  • 5 ripe bananas
  • 200 ml of concentrated passion fruit juice
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 1/2 passion fruit pulp with seeds

Preparation mode

  1. Mash the bananas and place them in a pan;
  2. Add passion fruit juice, sugar and cook over medium heat;
  3. After 7 or 8 minutes, add the passion fruit pulp with seeds;
  4. When the jam starts to darken, turn off the heat;
  5. Let the jam cool, transfer to a jar and store in the fridge.

9. Passion fruit jelly with apricot

Ingredients

  • 500 g of apricots
  • 1/4 cup passion fruit juice
  • 1 grated apple
  • 500 g of crystal sugar
  • 1/4 cup of cognac
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla paste
  • 1 l of water

Preparation mode

  1. Cut the apricots in half and place in a pan;
  2. Add passion fruit juice, apple, sugar, brandy, vanilla, water and cook for about 30 minutes;
  3. Turn off the heat, transfer the jam to clean glasses and enjoy!

10. Passion fruit jelly for decoration

Ingredients

  • 1 dessert spoon of corn starch
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 300 g passion fruit pulp
  • 100 g of glucose
  • 100 g of refined sugar

Preparation mode

  1. Dissolve the cornstarch in water;
  2. In a pan, mix the starch with the rest of the ingredients;
  3. Boil over low heat until it becomes a thick and shiny jelly;
  4. Allow to cool, then store in a glass jar in the fridge.
