Ingredients

  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 2 cups passion fruit pulp

  • 3 passion fruit with peel

Preparation mode

  1. Remove the pulp from the passion fruit and set aside;

  3. Meanwhile, put the pulp in a pan and boil;
  4. Strain the pulp to remove the seeds and set aside;

Ingredients

  • 800 g of passion fruit
  • 1.8 l of filtered water
  • 400 g of sugar
  • 100 ml apple cider vinegar

Preparation mode

  1. Cut the passion fruit in half, remove the pulp in a colander and set aside;
  2. Remove the film from inside the passion fruit, peel and keep only the white part of the fruit;
  3. Put them in a pressure cooker, cover with 1.5 l of water and cook under pressure for 15 minutes;
  4. Meanwhile, strain the pulp to release the rest of the juice and set aside;
  5. Take the seeds to the fire with 300 ml of water;
  6. Cook for about 5 minutes, turn off the heat, strain the seeds again and set aside;
  7. Place the white parts of the cooked fruit in the blender;
  8. Add 1 to 2 ladles of the cooking water and beat;
  9. In a pan, place the blender mixture, the pulp, the strained seeds, the sugar and the apple cider vinegar;
  10. Mix and cook over low heat;
  11. After 30 minutes, turn off the heat and add 2 tablespoons of the washed seeds;
  12. Mix again and store in a sterilized container.

6. Passion Fruit Jelly with Tang

Ingredients

  • 300 ml passion fruit pulp
  • 150 g of crystal sugar
  • 1 pack of Tang passion fruit juice
  • 100 ml of water

Preparation mode

  1. In a pan, place the passion fruit pulp, sugar and cook until boiling;
  2. When it boils, remove the foam;
  3. Add the Tang juice pack and stir until it starts to bubble;
  4. Add the water, cook another 15 minutes and turn off the heat;
  5. Transfer the hot jam to a sterilized glass jar and it’s ready.

7. Passion fruit jelly with mango

Ingredients

  • 2 passion fruit
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 lemon

Preparation mode

  1. Remove the passion fruit pulp and set aside;
  2. Cook the peel in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes;
  3. Remove the white part of the shells;
  4. In a pan, place the mango, passion fruit pulp, the white part of the fruit, sugar, water and lemon;

Ingredients

  • 500 g of apricots
  • 1/4 cup passion fruit juice
  • 1 grated apple
  • 500 g of crystal sugar
  • 1/4 cup of cognac
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla paste
  • 1 l of water

Preparation mode

  1. Cut the apricots in half and place in a pan;
  2. Add passion fruit juice, apple, sugar, brandy, vanilla, water and cook for about 30 minutes;
