Ingredients
- 6 cups of cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons of margarine or butter
- 1/2 teacup of water
- 4 boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons of cassava flour
- Parsley
Preparation mode
- Heat the margarine in a frying pan until it melts well;
- Add the cooked rice and mix, stirring constantly;
- Then add the water, lower the heat and cover the pan so that the rice heats up well. To avoid burning, stir occasionally;
- Turn off the heat and add the chopped boiled eggs and parsley. Mix well;
- Finally, add the manioc flour and you can serve!
2. Frying pan rice pie

- In a blender, place the water, oil, eggs, salt, black pepper, garlic and yeast. Beat for 2 minutes;
- Gradually add the cooked rice while beating. From time to time, turn off the blender and stir the dough with a spatula, to be very homogeneous;
- When the mixture is pasty and reaches the point where it no longer beats, the dough is ready. Pour and spread on a greased baking sheet;
- Bake at 250 degrees on the floor of the oven, without the grids, so that the underside of the pizza is not raw;
- Leave for 20 minutes or until the top of the dough is golden brown.
Filling
- Season the tomato sauce with salt, sugar, black pepper, oregano and olive oil, then spread the mixture over the baked dough;
- Add the mozzarella and pepperoni;

- 4 teacups of water

- Heat the lard in a pan and brown the garlic, then add the onion and let it sauté a little;

- 4 cups of cooked rice

- 1/2 diced green pepper
- 1/2 diced red pepper
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 chopped seedless tomatoes
- 4 gems
- 300 g diced ham
- 300 g mozzarella, cubed
- 4 egg whites
