  3. Knead or Beat in the mixer with hook for 20 minutes or until the dough is very elastic.

  5. Shape the dough into a ball, place it in a 500g panettone mold and let the dough rise for about 40 minutes or until it reaches the top of the pan (as shown in the video).
  6. Cut a cross on the top with a knife or a very sharp knife and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for +or- 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack before serving or packaging.
