1. Simple cuca

  1. In a bowl, place the flour, sugar, butter and mix until crumbs. Reserve;

  4. Finally, add the flour, baking powder, salt and mix until smooth;
  5. Transfer to a greased shape, put the farofa on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for thirty-five minutes.

  • 1 coffee spoon of cinnamon powder

  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoon margarine
  • 1/2 cup of milk tea
  • 1 and 1/2 cup of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered chemical yeast
  • guava in pieces

Preparation mode

  1. In a bowl, place the flour, sugar, cinnamon, margarine and mix until crumbs form. Reserve;
  2. In another bowl, place the sugar, eggs, margarine and mix until smooth;
  3. Add the milk, flour and stir again;
  4. Add the yeast, mix gently and transfer the dough to a greased and floured shape;
  5. Place the guava paste and farofa on top;
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for forty minutes.

3. Cuca with powdered milk and guava paste

Ingredients

  • 20 g of dry yeast
  • 3 eggs
  • 8 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 800 g of wheat flour
  • 300 ml of milk
  • chopped guava
  • CRUMBS

  • 1/2 cup of wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup of refined sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of butter

Preparation mode

  1. In a bowl, place the yeast, a little warm milk and let it rest for ten minutes;
  2. In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar, butter, powdered milk, salt and mix until smooth;
  3. Add the activated yeast and gradually add the flour and milk;
  4. Transfer to a bench and knead until you get a smooth and fluffy dough;
  5. Place in a bowl and let rise for an hour;
  6. In a bowl, place the flour, granulated sugar, butter and mix until crumbs form. Reserve;
  7. Open the dough on a smooth and clean countertop and place the pieces of guava on top;
  8. Roll up and transfer to a greased loaf pan;
  9. Brush an egg yolk on top and sprinkle the flour;
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for forty minutes.

4. Cuca with lemon zest

Ingredients

  1. In a bowl, place the flour, sugar, butter, yeast and cinnamon and mix until crumbly. Reserve;
  2. In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar and mix well;
  3. Add the oil and milk and stir again;
  4. Gradually add the flour until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  5. Add the lemon zest and yeast and stir some more;
  6. Transfer to a greased shape and put the farofa on top;
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for thirty-five minutes;
  8. For the fondant syrup, place the icing sugar and lemon juice in a bowl and stir until it forms a syrup;

5. Coconut Cuca

  • 200 g of grated coconut
  • Condensed milk to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of margarine
  • PASTA

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of margarine
  • 1 tea cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of milk tea
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered chemical yeast

Preparation mode

  1. In a bowl, place the grated coconut, the margarine and a little condensed milk, until it reaches the point of farofa. Reserve;

  • 100 g of margarine

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons of corn starch
  • 1 yolk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 box of sour cream

Preparation mode

  1. In a pan, place the condensed milk, the starch diluted in the milk, the sieved yolk, the vanilla and cook on low heat for ten minutes;
  2. As soon as it cools, put the milk cream and book;

  • 15 g of dry yeast
  • 4 eggs
  • 60 g of margarine
  • 260 ml of milk
  • 480 ml of water

Preparation mode

  1. In a bowl, place the flour, sugar, margarine, cinnamon and mix until crumbs form. Reserve;
  2. In a bowl, place the flour, sugar, salt, yeast and mix everything very well;
  3. Add the eggs, margarine, milk, water and start mixing with your hands;
  4. Knead until obtaining a homogeneous mass;
  5. Transfer half of the dough to a greased shape, fill with the dulce de leche and cover with more dough;

  • 1 kg of wheat flour
  • 1 cup of warm milk
  • 2 teacups of warm water
  • 3 tablespoons of dry yeast
  • FILLING

  • 500 g Quark or ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tea cup of sugar
  • Cinnamon powder
  • CRUMBS

  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 1 tea cup of sugar
  • Cinnamon powder
  • 3 tablespoons of cream

Preparation mode

  1. In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar, orange or lemon zest, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, lard and mix everything very well;
  2. Add the flour, milk, water, yeast and stir until everything is well incorporated;
  3. Transfer to a clean and floured surface and knead until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous dough;
  4. Put it in the bowl again and let it rest for fifteen minutes;
  5. In a bowl, place the cheese, egg, sugar, cinnamon and mix everything very well;
  6. Open the dough and fill with the cheese mixture;
  7. Roll up, place in a greased loaf pan and let it rest for half an hour;
  8. In a bowl, place the flour, sugar, cinnamon, cream and mix until crumbs form;
  9. Brush an egg over the cuca dough and sprinkle the farofa on top;
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for forty-five minutes.
