A typically French recipe, croque monsieur is a sandwich made of brioche bread with ham, cheese and béchamel sauce. Its differential is in the gratin cheese, which gives it a special flavor. 1. Simple croque monsieur

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 2 cups of warm milk tea
  • nutmeg to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 2 slices of crustless sandwich bread
  • 2 slices of ham
  • 80 g grated mozzarella cheese

Preparation mode

  1. In a pan, put the butter, let it melt and then add the flour;
  2. Mix well and cook for two 2 minutes, stirring constantly;
  3. Add the milk little by little and mix.
  4. Cook until the sauce thickens;
  5. Turn off the heat, season with nutmeg, salt and mix well;
  6. Spread the sauce on the slices of bread, place the ham, the cheese and close to form a sandwich;
  7. Transfer to a baking sheet, add some sauce over the sandwich and sprinkle more cheese;

  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • 50 g of parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered chemical yeast
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 dessert spoon of nutmeg
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 slices of ham to taste
  • 2 slices of mozzarella cheese

Preparation mode

  1. In a blender, place the eggs, cream, water, flour, parmesan cheese, yeast and beat everything very well;
  2. Transfer to a greased shape and light to bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes;
  3. Once cool, cut in half and divide each half into two slices. Reserve;
  4. In a bowl, place the cream, egg yolk, nutmeg, grated mozzarella cheese and mix well;
