A typically French recipe, croque monsieur is a sandwich made of brioche bread with ham, cheese and béchamel sauce. Its differential is in the gratin cheese, which gives it a special flavor. 1. Simple croque monsieur

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
