Ingredients

  • 10 tablespoons of millet or cornmeal flour
  • 2 tablespoons 100% cocoa powder
  • 2 ½ tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of psyllium
  • 9 teaspoons of brewed coffee
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

Preparation mode

  1. In a bowl, place the millet flour, cocoa powder and brown sugar. Mix these dry ingredients and set aside;
  2. In another container, place the psyllium and 3 tablespoons of brewed coffee. Stir well and set aside until it has a gel consistency;
