- 2 kg of potato
- salt

- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon pepperoni pepper
- 1 tablespoon of oregano

- 2 tablespoons of parsley
Preparation mode
- Wash the potatoes and transfer them to a pan with water and salt. Cook until they are soft;
- Drain the water and reserve the potatoes;
- In a skillet, heat the oil. Add garlic, pepperoni, oregano, black pepper, turmeric, parsley and salt. saute;
- Add the potatoes to the pan and mix very well.
9. Crostini
Ingredients
- 1/2 teacup of olive oil
- 3 dessert spoons of oregano
- 2 teaspoons of salt

- 1 teaspoon hot paprika
- 500 g of wheat flour
- 1 coffee cup of olive oil
- 10 g of dry yeast
- 275 ml of water
- 100 g grated parmesan
Preparation mode
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, oregano, half the salt, turmeric and paprika. Reserve;
- In a bowl, place the flour and the rest of the salt. Stir with a spatula;
- Add the cup of oil, the yeast and half of the water. Mix well and add more water;
- Start mixing the dough with your hands and add more water;
- Transfer the dough to the table and knead until the texture is smooth and unglued from the hands;
- If necessary, wet your hands to get the point right;
- Make a ball with the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes;
- Wrap it with plastic wrap. Let it rest for 1 hour;
- Divide the dough into four parts. Take a piece and start opening it with your hands;
- Finish with a roll, leaving the thickness thin and disc-shaped. Transfer to a shape;
- Make holes with a fork, brush the seasoning over the dough, cover with Parmesan and cut the dough into 8 parts;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 250º C for 10 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Repeat the process with the other three pieces of dough.
10. Chicken Basket with Catupiry
Ingredients
- Pastry dough
- Shredded and Seasoned Chicken

- Oregano
Preparation mode
- Cut the pastry dough to make it round and place it in a pie tin;
